Abracadabra means "With my word, I create." It is both the ceremony and the life-long journey of integration.

In our 6 weeks together, we go deep into your being to change the way your brain thinks — we literally create new neural pathways — so that you can break free from detrimental patterns and start creating a life in alignment with your soul's truth.

Your experience is 100% personalized based on your needs, comfort level, and resources to ensure you get the most profound transformation.

Weekly Cadence

Each week you listen to a pre-assigned, recorded hypnosis session. We meet virtually in a one-on-one, 60-90 minute session to discuss and deepen your healing.

We have 3 weeks of preparation prior to your plant medicine ceremony and 2 weeks of integration post-ceremony. Then you begin monthly group integration sessions for the next 6 months so that you can be fully supported in the implementation of your True Self in daily-life actions, thoughts, and behaviors.

What are the 5 Sequential Hypnosis Sessions?

The True Reflections Hypnosis Journey holds the plant-medicine ceremony in an arch of transformation. The following audio hypnosis sessions are planned around your magic mushroom ceremony so that a lot of the heavy-lifting is done before your ceremony even begins.

You listen to these in the comfort of your own home so that you are optimally positioned to get the absolute most from your ceremony.

Week 1

Pre-Ceremony:

Sets a foundation, builds your self-healing power and taches you how to enter a deep state of hypnosis instantly.

Week 2

Pre-Ceremony:

Powerfully reminds you of all the ways you already know how to be your best, true self so that you can reestablish self-trust.

Week 3

Pre-Ceremony:

Guides you through a very gentle, embodied excavation to pull out un-serving beliefs so that you can release them with gratitude.

Week 4

Ceremony includes an evening in the Driftwood Dome, a full day together as we surrender into healing, and integration tea the next morning.

Week 5

Post-Ceremony:

Harmoniously create your soul-aligned vision of blissful success & wellbeing guided by your intuition and higher self.

Week 6

Post-Ceremony:

Courageously launch your vision of blissful success and wellbeing so that you can shine brightly for all to see.

What Happens During Weekly Sessions?

In the first 3 weeks together we prepare for ceremony with intention and goal setting and a Human Design Chart reading so that you can gain a higher perspective on how you're designed to be and why you're not the way people say you "should" be.

Then we work through whatever comes up for you. Here's where things get personal and magical. You get to lean back on your floaty as I work my magic of moving like water in the dark. You are smoothly guided into your SELF through a seamless flow of parts work, somatic regression therapy and dream/synchronicity readings.

After your ceremony, we weave in integration. Integration is how you think and behave differently out in the world now that you are different... with your newfound insights and confidence. This is where the private support channel is the ultimate flex. You can contact me between sessions for support and guidance to navigate situations that arise in your life no matter how big or small. THIS is where the transformation happens! And, I'm here for you.

What Happens During Ceremony?

The Ceremony is a deep exploration into self. The spirit of this plant medicine asks you to lean into the infinite possibilities of your life. Within the framework of your set intension, this journey offers clarity for the path forward and transformational insights to clear the way.

The heart of this transformational process leverages the power of psilocybin for neuroplasticity to rewrite old patterns at a deep level and finally get to the root of what is holding you back so that you can claim the abundant wellbeing and alignment that your soul is longing for.

This is a full day, VIP ceremony on Quadra Island. All aspects of your comfort are thoughtfully considered including a peaceful environment, a pleasing setting, nourishing snacks and hydrating beverages through-out the day, a light meal, a shower, supplies for creativity, movement, and esoteric accompaniment.

And, it's just you and me. I've got you and you've got me as we allow time to be forgotten and surrender to the magic of the Divine and the medicine.

Your birthdate and time are used to create a custom Human Design Chart so that we can better understand your natural way of being a human in this lifetime. You receive a reading of your chart that is specific to your healing journey.

Goal & Intention Setting

Your intention may be specific or general. Either way, the power set forth helps us set practical and achievable goals that you can feel, embody, and integrate into your life.

Dream & Synchronicity Analysis

Your dreams and the synchronicities that arise during your spellbound container are potent messages that keep us on track. You get my years of expertise in decoding the language of symbology so that you can make sense of what it all means.
